HN2T Parts
HN2T parts are the replacement valves, valve service kits and piston components for the Chicago Pneumatic HN2T PET compressor. Vikay supplies new aftermarket parts from India, including first and second stage valve service kits, piston ring replacement kits and piston sets.
The HN2T serves PET bottle blowing, where the compressor is part of the production line rather than a utility beside it.
The holding is organised the way the machine is serviced. Valve service kits come as first stage (1903005595) and combined first and second stage (1903005795A). Suction valve assemblies are separate for first stage (1903256890) and second stage (1903256980), with a combined discharge valve assembly (1903257090) covering both. Piston ring replacement kits are supplied by piston size, Dia. 370 (1903007695) and Dia. 220 (1903007795), with matching pistons supplied as sets of two halves, B0915163 and B0916163.
Order ring kits and pistons against the diameter marked in your parts list, since the two sizes serve different stages and are not interchangeable.
