Air Compressor Parts

Air compressor parts are the valves, rings, gaskets, bearings, pistons and unloaders that keep a reciprocating compressor in service. Vikay Mining Equipments supplies new aftermarket parts from India for Ingersoll Rand Type 30, Type 30 NL and ESV, Atlas Copco booster and Chicago Pneumatic compressors.

Reciprocating compressors are rebuildable by design, and this section carries the parts that rebuild them, from single valve plates to complete cylinder and crankshaft assemblies.

Ingersoll Rand Type 30 is the largest holding on the site and covers the long-running two stage air-cooled range: suction and discharge valve assemblies, piston and ring sets, connecting rods, crankshafts, bearings, gaskets and unloader components. Type 30 NL parts cover the non-lubricated variant, where PTFE rings and specific valve materials matter because no oil reaches the cylinder. ESV parts cover the ESV series pumps.

Atlas Copco compressor parts cover the booster range used to raise plant air to PET and industrial high-pressure duty. Chicago Pneumatic parts cover the PET compressor range. General Ingersoll Rand air compressor parts cover models outside the Type 30 and ESV families.

Order by the OEM reference number stamped on the component or listed in the compressor's parts manual, and quote the compressor serial number where the range spans several build revisions, since valve and ring dimensions changed across production years.

These are new aftermarket parts. Brand names, model designations and part numbers are used to identify fitment and do not imply that the goods originate from the original manufacturer.

FAQS

Are these original Ingersoll Rand or Atlas Copco parts?
- No. They are new aftermarket replacement parts manufactured to fit those compressors. The brand and part numbers are quoted purely so you can match them against your compressor's parts manual.

What is the difference between Type 30 and Type 30 NL parts?
- Type 30 is the lubricated range. Type 30 NL is non-lubricated, so it uses PTFE-based rings and rider bands and different valve materials because no oil film reaches the cylinder wall. The two are not interchangeable.

Which parts should be replaced at a routine overhaul?
- Typically the suction and discharge valve assemblies, piston rings, gaskets, bearings and the unloader kit. Valves are the usual cause of falling delivery and rising discharge temperature.

Do you supply complete cylinder and crankshaft assemblies?
- Yes. Major assemblies including cylinders, pistons, connecting rods and crankshafts are available alongside individual wear parts.

Why do you need my compressor serial number?
- Because valve, ring and bearing dimensions changed across production revisions of long-running ranges. The serial number confirms which build your machine is and avoids a part that looks right but does not seal.
