Hydraulic Drifter Parts

Hydraulic drifter parts are the replacement components for hydraulic rock drills fitted to drill jumbos and surface rigs. Vikay supplies new aftermarket parts from India for Atlas Copco COP, Sandvik and Tamrock HL, Furukawa HD and Ingersoll Rand HC series drills.

Hydraulic drills deliver several times the impact energy of a pneumatic drifter, and their tolerances are correspondingly tighter. Seals, accumulator components, pistons and shank adapters are the usual replacements, and cleanliness during assembly matters as much as the parts themselves.

Coverage spans five manufacturers. Atlas Copco COP 1838 HD and COP 1840; Sandvik HL 710 and HLX5T; Tamrock HFX5T, HL 300, HL 500S, HL 510, HL 600 and HL 650; Furukawa HD 712; and Ingersoll Rand HC 109.

Because several of these ranges span multiple build revisions, quote the drill's serial number as well as the model when ordering, since seal kits and accumulator components changed within model families.

These are new aftermarket parts; brand names and reference numbers identify fitment only.

FAQS

Which hydraulic rock drill brands are covered?
- Atlas Copco (COP 1838 HD, COP 1840), Sandvik (HL 710, HLX5T), Tamrock (HFX5T, HL 300, HL 500S, HL 510, HL 600, HL 650), Furukawa (HD 712) and Ingersoll Rand (HC 109).

Why do you ask for the drill serial number?
- Because seal kits and accumulator components changed between build revisions within the same model family. The serial number confirms which revision your drill is.

What normally needs replacing on a hydraulic drifter?
- Seal kits, accumulator components, the piston and the shank adapter and chuck components. Assembly cleanliness is critical, as contamination is a common cause of repeat failure.
