Paving breaker parts are the pistons, cylinders, throttle valves, latch and tool retainers, front heads and backheads that wear out in a pneumatic breaker. Vikay supplies new aftermarket parts from India for the Chicago Pneumatic CP 111, CP 112, CP 117 and CP 1200 series.
Most breaker downtime traces to a small group of components: the throttle valve that meters air, the latch and retainer that hold the tool, the buffer and front head that absorb recoil, and the piston and cylinder that do the work.
