Pneumatic drifter parts are the replacement components for feed-beam mounted rock drills. Vikay supplies new aftermarket parts from India for the Atlas Copco and Epiroc BBC 120F and BBC 120FZ and the equivalent Vikay VK 12 drifter, ordered by OEM reference number.
A drifter runs at higher impact energy than any hand-held drill, so its wear pattern is different: side bolts stretch and fatigue, the main valve and intermediate part take the brunt of the air cycle, and the front head and chuck wear against the shank.
