The Type 30 is one of the longest-running reciprocating compressor ranges ever built, and the reason so many are still working is that they are fully rebuildable. This is the largest parts holding on the site.

Valves are the usual first suspect when delivery falls off or discharge temperature rises: a leaking discharge valve recirculates air within the stage and shows up as both symptoms at once. Rings and gaskets follow at overhaul.
Type 30 and Type 30 NL parts are not interchangeable, because the NL range is non-lubricated and uses different ring and valve materials. Order against the OEM reference and quote the compressor serial number.

- The discharge valves. A leaking discharge valve recirculates air within the stage, which reduces delivered air and raises discharge temperature at the same time.
