It is ideal for Blast Hole production drilling in quarries or Surface Mining or construction works. While the Hydraulic traction motor and oscillation system, provides excellent manoeurability in toughest terrain. The compact design enables you to carry the rig on truck over the longest distance between the site works.

TH version (Top Hammer)
The TH version is equipped with the robust Pneumatic Top Hammer with rifle bar rotation model VK-12 Pneumatic Drifter, well known for its simplicity and reliability. Suitable for hole sizes from 48 - 76 mm and depth upto 20 - 40 Meters.

Salient Features

Design:
The rig is designed with the operator in mind. The swing arm allows the operator to see the hole clearly and position the rig exactly. Oscillation and maximum ground clearance helps maximum uneven ground conditions. Easy for toe-hole drilling at steep angles.

Hydraulic Operation:
Hydraulic tramming and oscillation system makes this machine most economic and fast drilling. Hydraulic traction by two hydraulic motors, run by powerful vane type air motors.

Safety:
The brake is applied automatically when the crawler is not in operation & released when in operation. Special locking arrangements for hydraulic controls i.e. when boom is lifted up than only other functions of positioning will start. Special Pneumatic track locks for chain locking at the time of drilling.

Swing arm control panel:
Hydraulic and air controller are mounted on swinging panel and can be adjusted as required in operation. Single control level for right and left traction, that is operator-™s one hand is free while tramming.
