IR 8 x 7 ESV 1 NL parts are the replacement components for the non-lubricated Ingersoll Rand ESV compressor with an 8 inch low-pressure and 7 inch high-pressure cylinder. Vikay supplies new aftermarket parts from India, including port plates, heads, pistons, rods and valves.
The non-lubricated build of the 8 x 7 ESV frame runs without oil in the cylinder, using self-lubricating rings and rider bands.
The holding covers outer end port plates, frame and outer heads, pistons and piston rods, inlet valves, combined inlet and unloader valves, unloader assemblies, discharge valves and the oil stop plate.
The oil stop plate is worth naming because it is what keeps this machine oil-free. It sits between the crankcase and the cylinder end and prevents crankcase oil migrating along the rod into the compression space. If oil is appearing downstream on a machine specified as non-lubricated, this is the first thing to inspect, before anyone concludes the air quality problem lies elsewhere in the plant.
