IR 9 1/2 x 7 ESV 1 NL parts are the replacement components for the non-lubricated Ingersoll Rand ESV compressor with a 9 1/2 inch low-pressure and 7 inch high-pressure cylinder. Vikay supplies new aftermarket parts from India, including packing, cylinders, port plates, pistons and valves.
This is the non-lubricated build of the largest bore combination in the ESV set. No oil reaches the cylinder, so rings and rider bands are self-lubricating and valve materials differ from the lubricated version.
The holding covers packing, cylinders, frame end and outer end port plates, frame and outer heads, pistons and piston rods, inlet valves, combined inlet and unloader valves and discharge valves.
One caution specific to this page: confirm you are ordering NL and not LUB. This machine has a lubricated twin with the same bore combination, and the two are distinguished only by that suffix. Say NL explicitly on the enquiry rather than relying on the model line alone.
