IR 8 x 5 ESV 1 NL parts are the replacement components for the non-lubricated Ingersoll Rand ESV compressor with an 8 inch low-pressure and 5 inch high-pressure cylinder. Vikay supplies new aftermarket parts from India, including packing, cylinders, port plates, pistons and valves.
This is the non-lubricated build of the 8 x 5 ESV frame. No oil reaches the cylinder, so ring and rider band materials are self-lubricating and valve materials differ from the lubricated version.
The holding covers packing sets, cylinders, frame end and outer end port plates, frame and outer heads, pistons and piston rods, inlet valves, combined inlet and unloader valves and discharge valves.
Cleanliness at assembly matters more on a non-lubricated machine than on a lubricated one. There is no oil film to carry away debris or forgive a contaminated surface, so anything left on a bore or a valve seat during the rebuild stays there and becomes the wear pattern.
