IR 9 1/2 x 5 ESV 1 LUB parts are the replacement components for the lubricated Ingersoll Rand ESV compressor with a 9 1/2 inch low-pressure and 5 inch high-pressure cylinder. Vikay supplies new aftermarket parts from India, including packing, cylinders, port plates, pistons and valves.
The 9 1/2 x 5 is the widest step in this ESV set: a 9 1/2 inch low-pressure cylinder feeding a 5 inch high-pressure cylinder. The larger the ratio between stages, the harder the second stage works and the more the interstage condition matters.
The holding covers metallic packing, cylinders, frame end and outer end port plates, frame and outer heads, pistons and piston rods, inlet valves, combined inlet and unloader valves and discharge valves.
When quoting, give the bore combination exactly as written — 9 1/2 rather than 9, since a 9 x 7 also exists in this range and the two are easy to transpose in an email.
